Tactical Strength Training


Tactical Strength Training: The Tactical Strength Training (TSC) system is designed for law enforcement, first responders, and military personnel. This course will concentrate on key elements of burst speed, agility, flexibility & endurance, and injury prevention. Additionally, this course will provide guidance on supplementation and nutrition to maximize training and peak performance maintenance.

This class is intended to provide supplemental training support to individuals that can demonstrate a minimum proficiency in strength, anaerobic activity, and endurance in their related fields.
