TRX Training


TRX Training: While TRX has become the leader in the “train anywhere, your body is your machine” mindset with suspension training, the concept is far from new. Suspension training (a.k.a rope training) was first found in print in 1866 in a book titled Athletic Sports for Boys. As is with all things – what was once old has become new again.

Suspension training has gained considerable momentum in recent years as a viable training alternative to today’s traditional aerobic and anaerobic conditioning techniques. And rightly so. This class will explore total body conditioning with an emphasis on the core in every move.

This is an excellent class for individuals new to fitness as well as athletes looking for additional conditioning to gain the competitive edge.
